I’m a bit late on this blog post…but we are officially on vacation 🙂 For the next week and a bit we will be at the lake in Sauble Beach.  The water here is absolutely beautiful and there are lots of fun things to do.

You could say we are glamping…lol.  We are staying in a trailer with all the comforts of home…just smaller.  I was sure to bring a few essential items…like my VitaMix, sweeteners, coconut oil and flours to keep me on plan.

Since we are at the lake for the next little while, there are quite a few of BBQ items, as well as meals that don’t use a lot of ingredients.  Instead of being stuck in the kitchen, I’d rather be spending time and making memories with my family.
