Our family has been on vacation for the past 2 weeks.  Week one I was well planned, meal plan, food supplies and all.  The second week, not so much.  We were very unplanned, we had a lot of day trips planned and also had some sad news that we were dealing with…needless to say we were not 100% on plan, we did out best at each meal, and as of today we are 100% back!  That is the beauty of this plan, its forgiving, and easy to get back on track.

This week you will see lots of chicken meals.  can you guess why….chicken was on sale this week…lol

A few notes about this weeks meal plan

  • Always remember to wait at least 3 hours between meals
