Happy Labor Day everyone!!

Its back to school and every year this is also back to basics for me too.  For this weeks meal plan, I did just that, back to basics and some of my staples from the THM Cookbook.

I find sometimes that i can get caught up in recipes that have a lot of ingredients or that are really fancy.  This week, lets keep things simple, after all many of us are going to be busy getting back into the school routine.

  • Some of the recipes are too large for our family so I only make half – I’ve indicated this below.
