Happy Long Weekend to everyone in Canada!!!

Take a look below for this weeks meal plan.  I love changing things up and including recipes from the THM Blogger Community.  This week I’ve included some of my favorites as well as some new recipes that I have been dying to try.

As a reminder

  • There is a printable link to his week’s meal plan above
  • Remember to drink lots of water, GGMS, and other plan approved sippers
  • Remember to wait at least 3 hours between meals
  • This meal plan is for my hubby and I, so sometimes I only make half of a recipe as the entire recipe would be too much for us.
