Hello, hello, hello.  I am hoping that you are all enjoying this absolutely beautiful summer that we are having.  I don’t know about you but this year for our summer is no longer focused on food!  We have been active, trying new things, going to the beach and we are loving it.  Breaking the habits of our past have been hard, but i have to say that this summer has been amazing.

This weeks meal plan is focused on simple meals from the THM cookbook and making sure that there is a good variety of all the Fuel Types.

E Lunch 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/ low-fat turkey, tomato, cucumbers, lettuce and 1 laughing cow cheese, 1/2 cup baby carrots on side
S Snack small handful of almonds and red pepper strips
S Dinner Mama’s famous meatloaf w/ mashed fotatoes and green beans 157 & 219
