Weekly Meal Plan – July 2 to July 8

This weeks meal plan is built around simple ingredients and not a lot of special items that are needed.

Perhaps like our family, you are in the same spot this coming week. Our kids will be out of school and have a week off before Church Camp starts.  I’m a work from home mama, and this means that my house is going to be pretty crazy.  These meals have been selected as they take little prep time and can cook while the family is doing an activity, or working in my case.

  • You will find a printable link to this meal plan at the top of this page
  • Many of the recipes this week come from the THM Cookbook
  • You will notice that this week I’ve made a note to say that only half the recipe will be made for particular items.  This is because doing so will give me about 4 servings – so two meals each for hubby and I and that is plenty for a fresh meal one day and leftover another day, again cutting down on prep time and cooking time
  • Don’t forget to drink your sippers, and lots of water.
