  • This meal plan is for Hubby and I – from most recipes we can usually get 2 to 3 servings each and we love that, it cuts down on the cooking time each week and we don’t mind eating leftovers
  • I work from home and have busy mornings and lunch breaks, you will notice some repetition and that’s because I like to make a meal (like a casserole or crock-pot dish) the night before and have a enough for a few days of lunches.  Sometimes, if the servings are too many I’ll freeze a few for a quick meal in the future
  • Out family is going strawberry picking on Friday so you will notice that there are quite a few strawberries used this week, we love strawberries
  • In addition to the meals here, I have 1 coffee in the morning with a little almond milk, and throughout the day i sip water, shrinkers, and GGMS

E Lunch Sandwiches: 2 slices Ezekiel sprouted bread, fat free turkey, lettuce, tomato, Greek yogurt (as mayo) mustard salt & pepper.  1 small Clementine

E Lunch Sandwiches: 2 slices Ezekiel sprouted bread, fat free turkey, lettuce, tomato, Greek yogurt (as mayo) mustard salt & pepper.  1 small Clementine

S Dinner Spice rubbed pork chops with buttered zucchini and broccoli

Wed.   June 29 E Breakfast Candied apple cinnamon granola bars w/ Greek yogurt and strawberries
